• Farm operational data: egg production, feed records, poultry population, vaccinations, sales, purchases, cashflow, payroll, and other data you enter.
• Images you choose to upload: for example a store banner selected via the system photo picker (not full gallery access).
• Device / technical data: device type, OS version, and error logs needed for stability and security.
• Usage data: login time, in-app activity related to the service, and server logs.

We do NOT collect:

• Precise or approximate location for tracking, advertising, or background monitoring.
• Background location data.
• Contacts, SMS, call logs, or microphone audio for unrelated purposes.
• Broad access to all photos/videos on the device (we use the Android Photo Picker / system file picker instead).

• Provide and operate farm management features.
• Authenticate users and manage access rights.
• Store and display reports and business summaries you create.
• Print receipts/reports via Bluetooth printer when you initiate printing.
• Improve security, performance, and reliability.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing / Berbagi Data

Data may be shared only in these cases:

• Hosting / infrastructure providers that run our servers and deliver the service.
• Image hosting providers (for example Cloudinary) when you upload an image feature such as a store banner.

• With your explicit consent.

5. Storage & Security / Penyimpanan & Keamanan

Data is stored on servers operated for the BFC Farm service. We apply reasonable safeguards including password hashing/encryption, role-based access control, and restricted administrative access. No electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

6. Data Retention & Deletion / Retensi & Penghapusan

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request correction or deletion of account/personal data by contacting us at the email below. We will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal or legitimate operational reasons.

7. Your Rights / Hak Pengguna

• Access and update your profile data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account or certain data.
• Stop using the service at any time.

8. Children’s Privacy / Privasi Anak

The service is intended for adults managing farm operations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, contact us so it can be deleted.

9. Android App Permissions / Izin Aplikasi Mobile

• Internet: sync data with BFC Farm servers.
• Bluetooth: connect to a Bluetooth printer only when you print. A prominent in-app disclosure is shown before the system permission prompt.
• Photos/media: selected through the Android Photo Picker / system picker. We do not request READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, or broad storage access.
• Location: we do not request or use location (foreground or background). The app does not track user location.

10. Changes / Perubahan Kebijakan

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
